Over 30 years prior, a bear fledgling named Fifi landed at a Pennsylvania roadside zoo. For a considerable length of time, she and different bears were compelled to perform confounding traps, such as remaining on their rear legs. After the roadside zoo shut its entryways over 20 years prior, Fifi mulled in a minor, rusted confine that contained just a haggard doghouse for sanctuary. Fifi was slight, her jacket was dull and grimy, and she experienced difficult, untreated joint pain. Each stride was a battle. In July 2015, PETA and The Wild Animal Sanctuary protected her. She was transported to the Colorado office, where she at last had the consideration and the unfathomable living space that she merited. After only five months at the haven, Fifi’s body at last matches her huge and lovely identity. She is sound, her jacket is full, and her legs are getting more grounded each day. What’s more, this year, without precedent for her long life, Fifi is sleeping in her new, comfortable lair.
