I don’t think the person getting a ticket is even frantic about being pulled over. Paying the fine is justified regardless of the shot of seeing something like this in individual.
While the cop was composing her a ticket, a dashboard camera caught an amicable dark kitty that didn’t generally see the officer as a major power. It more likely than not confused him for its proprietor and his pen for feline sustenance or something. In any case, it’s difficult to look official with a kitty on your head and I need to offer it to this cop for his understanding.
