Eight months back, Fat Vincent appeared at a district cover in Texas after his proprietor kicked the bucket. K-9 Angels Rescue in Houston couldn’t stand seeing Fat Vincent the way he was and spared him. His veterinarian said that his body mass file (BMI) was 62.7 muscle to fat ratio ratios. His optimal weight would be 16.8 pounds, which means the little pooch would need to lose 21.2 pounds!
